Terms of Service

1. Service

DOCH provides independent TikTok Shop Seller account setup, shop configuration, product-listing, category-qualification preparation, coaching, and related consulting services. The exact work included is limited to the package or written quote confirmed before payment. Work outside that scope requires a separate quote and approval.

2. Independent service

DOCH VENTURES LLC is not TikTok, ByteDance, or an affiliated or endorsed TikTok service. TikTok controls its own eligibility, verification, listing, category, enforcement, and account decisions.

3. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, legitimate documents, eligible products, required product materials, and timely cooperation. You remain responsible for your account, products, compliance, taxes, customer orders, shipping, and use of TikTok Shop. Do not send passwords, bank-login credentials, full Social Security numbers, or full identity-document numbers through this website or ordinary messages.

4. Setup method and account ownership

DOCH performs the TikTok Shop Seller setup and configuration included in the confirmed package. The client remains the owner of the account and must personally provide or complete sensitive identity, tax, banking, password, verification-code, or other security steps when TikTok requires direct client action. DOCH does not require the client's bank-login credentials and does not become the owner of the client's seller account.

5. Payment and start of work

Submitting the intake form does not create a paid engagement. After review, DOCH confirms the package, price, and any add-ons and sends a secure payment link. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, service work begins after payment and after the information/materials needed for the purchased work are received.

6. Timing

Normal Seller Launch, Seller Plus, and Seller Pro service work is targeted within 5–7 business days after payment and receipt of all required information and materials. Priority service is an optional +$75 add-on and targets completion of DOCH's included service work within 72 hours after those conditions are met. These are service targets, not guarantees of TikTok approval or verification timing. Delays caused by TikTok, missing information, client unavailability, technical issues, or additional review extend the timeline.

7. Restricted categories and add-ons

Restricted-category work is preparation and submission support only. TikTok may require category-level or product-level qualification and can request additional documents. Approval is not guaranteed. When Seller Pro includes one applicable category application, DOCH includes one reasonable review/resubmission attempt at no additional service fee if TikTok provides a resubmission path and the client can supply valid requested materials. Additional restricted-category applications are normally $125 each when not already included. Additional eligible resubmission work is normally $50 when TikTok allows another submission and the client provides the requested valid documents. Product add-ons beyond the package allowance are normally $25 for 1 standard product, $60 for 3, $90 for 5, or $160 for 10. Unusual documentation, extensive editing, new qualification work, or work outside the standard listing scope may require a separate quote.

8. Included calls and support limits

Support is not unlimited. Each TikTok Shop Seller setup package (Seller Launch, Seller Plus, and Seller Pro) includes one free scheduled 30-minute post-setup support call. That included call must be used within 7 days after setup completion and is limited to questions or troubleshooting directly related to the original purchased setup. Seller Launch also includes 7 days of limited message support, Seller Plus includes 14 days, and Seller Pro includes 30 days. Coaching is separate and includes one 60-minute coaching call plus one follow-up clarification message within 48 hours.

During the actual setup, the client must be reasonably available when TikTok requires identity verification, security codes, tax or banking steps, or other actions that only the client can complete. This availability is part of completing the setup and is not an additional free coaching or support call.

Included support does not cover new products beyond the package allowance, new categories, new services, later TikTok violations or appeals, unrelated account problems, changes caused after setup, or ongoing store management. Those services may require additional payment. Extra scheduled support is normally $40 per 30 minutes or $75 per hour unless a different quote is agreed in writing. Included calls must be scheduled and do not create a right to unlimited phone access.

9. Appointment policy

Calls are scheduled in advance. Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule when reasonably possible. A missed appointment or cancellation with less than 24 hours notice may count as an included call if DOCH reserved the time and was available for the session. Arriving late does not automatically extend the scheduled end time. Emergencies may be handled reasonably at DOCH's discretion.

10. No outcome guarantee

DOCH does not guarantee TikTok account approval, category approval, product approval, continued account standing, sales, revenue, views, followers, or any other business result.

11. Refunds and cancellations

The Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of these Terms. A TikTok denial, review delay, product rejection, category rejection, account restriction, or poor sales result does not by itself create a right to a full refund after the purchased service work has begun.

12. Monthly management

Monthly management is quoted separately. The monthly scope, price, start date, and cancellation terms must be confirmed in writing before recurring work begins. No recurring service is automatically renewed unless that arrangement is clearly agreed.

13. Communication and records

You agree that service details, approvals, changes, and completion may be documented by email, text, WhatsApp, form submission, invoice, payment record, or other written communication. Keep copies of communications relevant to your service.

14. Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, DOCH VENTURES LLC is not responsible for indirect losses caused by platform decisions, account enforcement, third-party outages, lost sales, or client-provided inaccurate information. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.
